Located in the Main Inn building on the first and second floors with residential views, those rooms come with 2 queen size beeds and and a seating area. 310-330 sq ft (29-31 sqm). The bathrooms features a shower and some bathtubs.

All rooms include: Keurig Coffee Maker, Television, Telephone, Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

Located in the Riverhouse building with partial view of the Kennebunk River, overlooking the parking area. The rooms have a king size bed and a comfortable sitting area. The bathrooms were recently renovated and feature a shower and marble accents. 260-290 sq ft (24-27 sqm).

This double room features a seating area, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. This uniquely styled room features antique sea captain’s furnishings with a modern twist. Located on the third floor, our 675 ft² Hackenberg King guestroom is private and spacious, perfect for couples and equipped with a cozy sitting area, large bathroom with marble shower, and luxurious king-size bed.

This suite features a seating area, cable TV and air conditioning. Named in honor of the man who built our inn as it appears today, we’re confident that Burleigh S. Thompson himself would appreciate this spacious corner suite. The elegant furnishings and sophisticated décor are rivaled only by the inspiring views of Dock Square and the Kennebunk River.
